Business Analist C
Voor een opdrachtgever in Utrecht zijn wij met spoed op zoek naar een ervaren Business Analist C, voor 36 uur per week.
Functie eisen Business Analist C
Your profile:
- You are self-starting and can work independently;
- You are good at detecting, understanding and documenting customers’ wishes and needs; responding and anticipating to this;
- You think from a customer’s perspective and are aimed at realising customer value and improving service provision;
- You are actively focusing on achieving results and reaching the goals of the organisation or the unit. You are looking for challenges and identify and create opportunities to improve results;
- You are able to relay requirements, ideas and opinions clearly, comprehensively and correctly (in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing). You have working knowledge of Use Case diagrams and Use Case specifications;
- You show an insight into the mutual relations between groups or business units and are aware of the different interests and taking these into account in actions;
- You set high requirements to the quality of products, services and processes and act accordingly;
- You have extensive knowledge of and experience with wholesale and retail banking and ICT in general and credit risk in particular and a proactive eagerness to watch trends and developments within the domain to identify new business opportunities;
- You use your domain knowledge and judgment to challenge our customers’ questions and proposed solutions.
- You have a ‘Can do’ mentality to explore alternative workarounds;
- You understand the benefits of continuous delivery and are able to convey these benefits to the product owner;
- You adopt, and help the business adopt, a continuous delivery mindset (increased focus on prioritisation, continuous grooming of backlog, etc.);
- You can facilitate a workshop;
- You know how to use your influencing skills when necessary;
- You know how to work with data;
- You understand the data (domain knowledge);
- You know how to model data;
- You are proficient with querying the data;
- You can quickly identify concepts and contexts, you quickly understand the language of the business and the team, the organizational structure and domain knowledge, and you make new approaches quickly your own;
- You are able to conduct a business impact analysis and can act as a coach for junior business analysts;
- You have a ‘getting things done’ mentality to coordinate changes from start to finish through the chain. You have the ability to develop a helicopter view over the system and the current changes;
Required experience (must):
- 5-7 or more years’ experience in risk management and regulatory reporting requirements/or
5-7 or more years’ experience in business/data requirement analysis
- Knowledge of Basel 3 and IFRS9 is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
- Knowledge of and experience with:
~ Agile
~ Data Vault
~ SQL Server
~ Data Architecture patterns
~ BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
~ Reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, SSRS).
