Functie omschrijving Case manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring legal compliance, maximizing attendance and supporting the company health and wellbeing agenda;
- To provide professional leadership, advice and support to the business arising in the workplace working closely with P&O and Line Managers in the management of (occupational) health issues and case management.
- Key contributor to case conferences dealing with assessment and management of associate health and wellbeing at work.
Functie eisen Case manager
- Minimal 3 years experience as casemanager / absence manager in company / standing alone role;
- Preferred registered case manager but working experience is also an option;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Guide associate and line managers in legislation around absence management;
- Occupation health is also welcome if you have experience with guiding absence management.
- Self-employed is possible.
