HR Business partner
Functie omschrijving HR Business partner
The main objective is to partner with the Site Management Teams in Herkenbosch and Rotterdam, advise them on workforce topics and deliver on the HR agenda. Herkenbosch is producing micronutrients and chelates and is a growing and therefore critical site for Europe. Key HR themes are workforce planning, recruitment and employee health (duurzame inzetbaarheid). Rotterdam site produces MAE and DME chemicals and needs an HRBP to set the HR strategy and execute the workforce plan together with leadership. In addition, a certain share of time will be spent on projects or ad hoc business/HR needs for the head office in Amsterdam. Hence a fair share of traveling is required between Herkenbosch, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, but we also offer flexibility by working remotely. You will report into the HR Director Europe who is based in Amsterdam, and you will work closely with HR colleagues who are mainly based in Amsterdam or Arnhem.
Responsibilities:
- Set the HR agenda for Herkenbosch and Rotterdam production sites, including milestones & deliverables;
- Advise people managers on employee topics;
- Workforce planning (qualitative & quantitative);
- Succession planning;
- Manage stakeholders & relationships with Local Works Councils; ISC Leadership; HR community.

- 5+ years of work experience in HR
- A professional approach to balancing business and employee needs
- Flexible mindset & ability to deal with frequent and fast organizational development
- Strong communication skills

- Independently able to seek solutions
- Supporting organizational goals
- Language: Dutch & English
