About the TOM project:
Last summer, the transformation of our organisation to start working as one bank commenced; this means integration of the organisation and more harmonised processes. HR plays an important role in enabling this change. This transformation will also affect the way HR is organised and the HR function as such. From advising, facilitating, and supporting to proactive, data-based advice and co-ownership.
The team:
You will become part of a team of 11 dedicated People programme members, who are safeguarding the people side of this restructuring. You will become responsible for 3 waves, and potentially others in due time.
Take action:
In your role as HRBP, you are challenging senior managing business partners (EB+1) on their design choices, and translating this design into impact assessments for the organisation. You are collaborating with HR Officers, who are the data experts and help in calculating and impact assessments. You collaborate with liaisons who are voicing the business side. From this collaboration you ensure a solid impact assessment, help in writing the Requests for Advice to (5) co-worker representative bodies and you support local HR in implementing the consequences locally across 5 countries (NL, GE, UK, BE, SP).
Functie eisen HR Business Partner-Reorganization
You bring experience in restructuring and guiding business and works councils in European context on the impact and effect of the restructuring. You like sharing your knowledge with other HRBP’s in the programme and like a challenge.
Other requirements:
• At least 8 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Strong project management skills;
• Proven change management capabilities and ability to influence, challenge and negotiate, gain trust and create buy-in within the organisation;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing). Potentially German or Spanish is a nice-to-have;
• Experience in restructuring/ reorganizations, preferably in a Financial environment;
• Feeling comfortable in working with numbers and communicating tough choices decision in a changing environment;
• You enjoy working independently in collaboration with the other (HR) colleagues, striving for a consistent approach in guiding and implementing the change;
• Supporting the values of the Bank.
