Functie eisen Manager - VP Customers BtC, Business Area Customers & Solutions.

We are looking for
A candidate who is highly motivated to create the best value for our customers, to cooperate in and develop a new high performance organisation. You have strong leadership skills and you are living up to our core values of Vattenfall and exposing your leadership capabilities in both leading business and leading people through being clear, visible and courageous. You are proven skilled in dealing with strategic, highly complex issues, problems and challenges. Besides this your profile matches the following:

• You have a relevant University degree.
• You have extensive experience as a leader in a large (international) organization.
• Your command of Dutch and English is strong, both verbally and written.
• Extensive experience in the Energy industry.
• Functional experience – proven track record in senior management positions,
background in marketing/services/sales/digital and strong insights into consumer markets
• International – experience working for an international complex organization.
• Leadership – experience in managing a larger sales and/or marketing team, worked
successfully in similar roles.

Strategic Skills & Business Acumen
Strong marketing, sales, services and business development orientation. Able to understand the needs of the business and deliver pragmatic solutions:
• Demonstrating agility and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Articulating a vision that looks years ahead and can steer the strategy toward that vision in a market that requires innovative thinking and execution in order to continually outperform the competition.
• Spotting new business and market opportunities and leading a thorough analysis of implementation of the opportunities to make the right decisions on new initiatives and diversification of offerings.
• Developing and communicating effective marketing, sales and business development
plans to fulfil the vision and strategy, both on short and long term.
