Operations Manager
To enable successful conversion of our sales funnel, assure flawless delivery and safeguard best possible and efficient service/customer support, it is crucial to get a OPS project manager on board the venture core team. Given the current development stage and the rapidly emerging (short term) commercial opportunities, this role needs to be staffed and fully effective immediately.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Integral project management for the solutions in the scope of (brand), including services and consultancy;
• Supporting solution selling in collaboration with Solution sales force and safeguarding appropriate customer involvement;
• Safeguard solutions implementation within boundaries of reference room;
• Drive continuous learning and feedback loop to optimize solutions and reference room;
• Optimize Supply Chain & OPS capabilities, processes and organization for coming and post-venture stages in collaboration with PCMS SC & Operations function.
Key activities:
• Lead, manage and/or support project acquisition, preparation, execution and after-care in and from the (brand) venture in collaboration with Market organizations and customer;
• X-customer projects planning, alignment and progress monitoring and control;
• Systematically gather, document and feedback on customer feedback, field experiences, problems and learnings;
• Management of implementation of Design changes in alignment with development team;
• Design, develop and implement Supply Chain & OPS capabilities, processes and organization.
