Scrum Master

Creating a consistent, meaningful user experience across this health continuum is an important element in the success of the Employer strategy going forward and in the next step of maturity of the Design function.

In this role you have the opportunity:

Delivering state-of-the-art and high quality Design for software solutions which requires a senior master of scrum in its broadest sense (process, people, content and project focus). We work in a context where multiple scrum teams work in a global setup across the globe.
To realize this ambition, we are looking for a Scrum Master responsible for:
• Coaching the team: act as performance coach for the team, creating a balance with the project's key stakeholders and the committed sprint plans;
• Removing impediments: remove any impediments that obstruct a team’s pursuit of its sprint goals and does everything to facilitate productivity;
• Continuous improvement: helping the team turn the sprint retrospective meeting into an evolutionary experience and to improve performance by learning from mistakes;
• Stakeholder management: support the backlog and release plan, radiate scrum artifacts to the product owner and team, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress;
• Multiple teams: responsible for multiple scrum teams that share a common goal.

We are creating UX designs for development, but we do codify our designs (working within a Sketch Library) by creating JSON files that are deployed to development. Our designs are platform agnostic, but technologies in the platforms include HTML5 (angular 2), Mobile (iOS / Android), WPF.

You will report to the PMO team lead.

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. economics, project management, communications SW engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in product SW development with demonstrable focus on scrum management
• Leadership skills in project management and Agile way of working
• Experience with driving multiple teams and the challenging communication due to this
• Candidates are required to have an affinity or interest in design, to be able to facilitate better decision making in creating great products and solutions
• Deep interest in connected digital products, embedded software and harmonization of solutions
• Understands the dynamics of the consumer electronics domain and knows how to gear up to deliver
